What’s available?
We have 12 office spaces which start at 100ft2, perfect for a single person, up to 225ft2 which would easily accommodate four desks.
The spaces come with flexible terms and competitive prices, allowing you to grow your business at your pace.
Each of the office spaces will be tastefully decorated and many have a stunning view of the Swannery. You can take advantage of ample parking, the train and bus stations in close proximity, and enjoy summery sunshine breaks as the beach is literally a stone’s throw away.
Indulge in lunch with your clients at one of Weymouth’s many delightful eateries or pop round to the harbour for after work drink with your team.

Not quite ready to have an office?
Not a problem! Our co-working space will be available to you from 9am – 5pm, 5 days a week. You can book your desk online from an hour a week to entire days, giving you the ultimate flexibility to manage your business, your way. {See Starfish Enterprise}
